Plume takes the privacy of our users seriously. As part of our Content Access and AI Security features, Plume needs to collect the DNS request information (not URLs) and sends it to the cloud to identify web-based sources that may have potential security risks. We only store the requests that are flagged as potentially fraudulent. Additionally, the domains or IPs of those blocked DNS requests are only accessible to the user though the WorkPass app, and are not viewable by any Plume personnel.
Concierge and Keycard use the DNS requests of popular application types to provide you analytics on the applications that are being used by your guests and employees.
